1. Who we are
NotchiDex is made and sold by Technolans, Pune, India. Write to [email protected] or use the feedback page.
2. The free app
You can download NotchiDex free from the Microsoft Store and use it as long as you like. It never expires. Use it on your own PCs, for personal or work use.
3. NotchiDex Pro
- Pro is a one-time purchase of a licence key from Payhip. It is not a subscription and nothing renews.
- Pro unlocks the features on the product page and the Pro updates released later. The file shelf, the reminders and Notchi's wardrobe were free before version 0.2.0 and are part of Pro since then. People who installed before Pro launched (Founders) keep them free. Changes like this go on the What's new page.
- One key works on one PC. To use it on another PC, open Settings there, enter the key and press Move Pro here. The old PC switches off. You can move a key once every 30 days. Please do not share your key.
- NotchiDex checks your key about once a day. When a payment is refunded or charged back, Pro stops within a day. If the PC is offline, Pro keeps working for up to 3 days.
- Founders have Pro for free and need no key.
- Every other PC can start one free 7-day trial of Pro from Settings. The trial is counted on your PC only. When it ends, the Pro features lock again, your choices are kept, and they come back if you buy Pro.
4. Payments and refunds
Payhip takes the payment through its payment partners, such as PayPal, Stripe or Razorpay. We never see your card or bank details. You see the price at checkout, and any tax that applies where you live (for example VAT in the EU and UK) is added there before you pay. You can ask for a refund within 7 days. The refund policy has the steps.
5. What we ask of you
- Do not break, copy or resell the licence system, and do not use a key you did not buy.
- Do not use NotchiDex for anything unlawful.
- NotchiDex is for people aged 13 and over.
6. No guarantees
NotchiDex comes as it is. We work to make it reliable and light on your PC, but we cannot promise it runs without errors on every Windows setup, game or app. As far as the law allows, Technolans is not liable for indirect losses, and any claim is limited to the price you paid for Pro. Your statutory rights as a consumer, for example in the EU or the UK, stay as they are.
7. Your data
The privacy policy lists what NotchiDex and this website do with data. There is no account and there are no analytics.
8. Changes
If we change these terms in a way that affects you, we update the date above and note it on What's new. Indian law governs these terms, and the courts at Pune have jurisdiction, subject to any rights you have under your own country's consumer law.
